Colour #188 is a popular blend of autumn colours, specifically green, blue, yellow and red. I originally dyed this colour back in 2015 specifically to create a palette for my Starry Nights project. I’ve featured Colour #188 in various projects through the years including this cross-stitch sample and this small needlepoint ornament. It offers many choices to create a palette and today we are featuring another option.

My stitch group selected this particular palette and I must admit, it surprised me with adding Colour #162 which is a pale blend of blues and greens. While I might not have selected this particular colour, I have a needlepoint sample I’ll be sharing later this month which demonstrates how it can be added with beautiful results.
