This page will provide an overview of my shop policies.
I make every attempt to respond to emails promptly usually within hours of receipt and at a maximum within the day.
I send out newsletters either once a month or every six weeks. I do recommend you sign up as recipients are the “first” to know of any new products in stock, sales or custom dyed kits.
Ordering and Payments
My shop prices are listed in US funds. I accept PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Canadian orders are subject to sales tax, which is calculated during checkout. The buyer is responsible for any additional customs duties that may be incurred.
During checkout, you will be asked if you consent to receiving an invitation to review the product(s) you are purchasing 45 days after making your purchase. This helps my small business generate reviews to help other customers decide on colours and a great way for me to read what customers are doing with my threads. It is your decision whether you consent to this during checkout.
I process all orders within one business day. Orders are shipped airmail via Canada Post in either a 6×9 OR 8×10 envelopes depending on the volume purchased.
I offer flat rates for shipping; current rates are as follows:
- Within Canada: $1.55 US
- United States: $6.10 US
- International: $8.90 US
All orders in excess of $150.00, please contact me directly prior to your purchase as these incur additional costs due to tracking.
You can expect to receive your parcel if you reside in Canada within 1 week to 10 days.
If you reside in the United States from 10 days to 2 weeks. Expect about 3 weeks and possibly longer through busy holiday times.
International orders are dependent where you reside but generally arrive within 2 to 3 weeks.
