Another lovely sample of CROSS STITCH today highlighting one of my Spring Collection colours.
I mentioned previously that I recently joined the Cowichan Valley Needle Arts Guild and am once again fortunate to have a very talented group stitching some samples for me.
Pyra, has created a scissor fob and it is great to see cross stitch on a black background – I rarely see darker backgrounds. She used 16 count black Aida as the background and 2 strands of floss in Colour Complements Colour #51. The pattern is a section of “His & Hers Thanksgiving Stockings” by Plum Street Samplers.
