More of Uschi’s delightful wool applique Sue Spargo leaf sampler. Lots going on in this section. In the lower right love her addition of beads around the edge. She has used the buttonhole stitch around a small washer accented with pistil stitches. At the bottom is a combination of bullion and cast-ons. She has used a fly stitch to border the edges in the bottom middle accented with a flower shaped button. The lower left is bordered using bullion stitches with an accent of fly stitch and French knots down the center. You can see a woven wheel in the center top accented with a Canadian flag pin (yeh Canada!!!). What do you think of the bullion lady bug.
