More of Uschi’s delightful wool applique Sue Spargo leaf sampler. Â Lots going on in this section. Â In the lower right love her addition of beads around the edge. Â She has used the buttonhole stitch around a small washer accented with pistil stitches. Â At the bottom is a combination of bullion and cast-ons. Â She has used a fly stitch to border the edges in the bottom middle accented with a flower shaped button. Â The lower left is bordered using bullion stitches with an accent of fly stitch and French knots down the center. Â You can see a woven wheel in the center top accented with a Canadian flag pin (yeh Canada!!!). Â What do you think of the bullion lady bug.
