Celebrating Christmas in July with our Christmas Sampler.
I always like to offer seasonal samplers usually in November but this year I wanted to celebrate Christmas, YES, Christmas in July! We are some time away from celebrating the holiday season BUT never too early to start some Christmas stitching.
More About Our Christmas Sampler
Our Christmas Sampler is a blend of reds and greens including the following:
- size 5 perle cotton Colour #187 (reds) – 20 meters/21.87 yards
- size 5 perle cotton Colour #18 (greens) – 10 meters/10.94 yards
- size 5 perle cotton variegated lime green – 10 meters/10.94 yards
- rayon metallic green – 10 meters/10.94 yards
- silk perle reds – 5 meters/5.47 yards – 3 ply twisted filament
- bag of embellishments including beads, brass charm and sequins (leaves, butterfly)
- a total of 55 meters/60.15 yards
Included in the kit is silk perle, soft as silk and beautiful to stitch with. Three skeins of size 5 perle cotton. Colours 18 and 187 are some of the most popular colours in the shop and I specifically included a 20 meter skein of the colour 187. One can never have enough red for holiday stitching. A green rayon metallic is also included because we need a bit of bling!
Lastly, this year I included a small bag of embellishments which include beads in reds, whites and greens along with some sequin leaves, a sequin butterfly and a wish charm! These could be added to your stitching or perhaps on your hanger when finishing an ornament.
This is a “limited edition” kit so when they are gone that’s it! I am also offering a second seasonal thread kit in greens and pinks. Visit the shop to see both.
