Some gorgeous NEEDLEPOINT stitch samples this week highlighting my Spring Collection of new colour combinations.
I have mentioned in several blog posts that I am very fortunate to have a satellite group of the Victoria Embroiderer’s Guild where I am a member. These women are extremely talented advanced stitchers who stitch many of my samples for me – thank you ladies! We selected a pattern by Freda Murfin of Freda’s Fancy Stitching to showcase my spring collection. Tidbits #1 is available for purchase on Freda’s website and includes three small samples each measuring about 3 ½” square on 18 count canvas.
Susan has combined all three colours from my new Spring Collection, Colours #50, #51 and #52. She included Colour Complements Colour #162 also in this sample.
I have put together a thread kit of my three new colours for spring used in this design as well as a Kreinik Ribbon dyed in purples to complement. Watch for Friday’s post to see a sample using this. Should you wish to add Colour #162 you can find it in the shop here.
