Introducing my FALL COLLECTION.
I have likely mentioned previously that fall is my favourite time of the year. I especially love it when the days are sunny with cool crisp mornings. Sadly on the west coast this is not always the situation but luckily this year has been beautiful. In celebration of the season, I am delighted to introduce three new colour combinations with a focus on OLIVE GREEN this season.
Colour #47 shown in the top left is a combination of various values of olive greens and dusty blues. I could envision this used in both a fall palette but also in a spring/summer palette combined with blues. I will be posting examples of each of these on Monday. Colour #48 is a blend of burgundy, golden brown and olive green – gorgeous! This will be wonderful for all those autumn themed canvases or crazy quilts. Finally Colour #49 is a combination of various values of olive greens which will blend well with both #47 and #48.
I have also been very busy in the dye studio adding to my popular collection of samplers. Please note some of these samplers have been added since my last newsletter. You will note the lovely palette of various values of greens and burgundy/reds in the lower right corner. A great combination for Christmas projects or perhaps as a gift for a stitching friend.
