It’s all about hearts today!

Check out my previous Hearts for Hospice post to read all about it.

If you recall, this project was initiated in 2015 by the Greater Kansas City Needlepoint Guild to fulfill a need at a local hospice center.

My local guild has been stitching various hearts over the past number of months.

The heart pattern above is available in the January/February 2019 issue of Needlepoint Now.  Dominique has stitched this heart using my new floche.  She has used the following colours

I would like to encourage you to stitch a heart for this worthy project.  Remember, you are not restricted to either this pattern or colours.  Create your own pattern and experiment with colour!

Once your heart is complete you may send it to the Greater Kansas City Needlepoint Guild who will provide finishing and donate locally.  Otherwise you may donate the hearts to the hospice of your choice.

Thank you Dominique

I look forward to sharing more hearts throughout the year.
