Today is all about TASSELS!
Over the past number of years, I have shared many posts about my customer and now friend Kerry. She always has a project on the go AND she has a killer sense of humour which she has shared through many emails. There have been many occasions when I have burst out laughing during reading these. Kerry always addresses me as “hey sunshine” – isn’t that great?!
I should mention when Kerry sends me photos of her projects she works in multiples! These are all gifts for friends, family, co-workers, groups etc. I am the lucky recipient of a number of her bracelets 😊
So, today let us talk tassels. I am very fond of tassels but have yet to make one. Kerry made these using a variety of Colour Complements threads, ric rac and petite very velvet that I sell. She had even purchased some of my silk ribbon sampler packs in the past which she has added. Everything else was all in her stash. She is giving one to her Mom and another to her sister. A great way to use up some scraps of yarn.
