Earlier this year I posted about Beth’s CRAZY QUILTING project.  Beth is part of a group of crazy quilters in Michigan.  Every two years each participant receives a crazy quilt block to embellish.  Once complete, the blocks are sewn together to create a quilt which is raffled to raise money for local women who are battling breast cancer.

I mentioned previously that a black background was chosen for the 2019 quilt with bold choices of threads for embellishing. 

Above is Beth’s block for this year – can you believe all that beautiful stitching!

Below is a close-up of some of her stitching.  She used various threads including many Colour Complements perle cottons.
