Rayon ric rac is a narrow trim, 1/4″ wide. It is a flat zigzag braid ribbon commonly used for embellishing. It is fantastic for use in crazy quilting, wool applique and various forms of textile art. I have added some new colours that would be wonderful for embellishing both Christmas and Halloween themed painted canvases. Great for embellishment in scrapbooking, card making and jewelry. You can also create small delicate ric rac roses – you will find various videos searching online showing how these are made.
All my ric rac is randomly dyed therefore “limited edition” so please order the volume you require for your project.
Ric rac is sold in meter lengths – a meter is slightly larger than a yard at 1.09 yards. You may order as many meters as you wish with a minimum of 1 meter. Check under “quantity”.
I have also created a few “samplers” of my ric rac – a total of TWELVE different colour combinations. You can find them in the rayon ric rac section of the shop.
