Athene is the fourth owl in our “What A Hoot” series, available as a needlepoint PDF download.

Our “What A Hoot” series was designed exclusively for Colour Complements by Kam Wenzloff.

Each of the SIX custom counted canvas designs are stitched on 18 count white canvas.  Finished size is approximately 4” x 4”.  All the owls are the same shape and size but all feature different stitches.

The “What A Hoot” series was initially introduced as a PDF pattern AND thread kit which is no longer available.  The samples were stitched with the threads and colours outlined in the PDF including perle cotton, cotton floss, silk and metallics.  Please substitute the colours and threads of your choice.

The finished set of owls make a lovely garland in a child’s room!
