About Petite Very Velvet

• nylon velour thread creating the appearance of velvet
• comparable to size 5 perle cotton in thickness
• strong, maintains shape throughout the length
• use a large needle and a short length when stitching
• works well on needlepoint canvas (13-18) and cross stitch (9-10)

**To remove any kinks in the thread, you may run your fingernail over the length to plump up.  Alternatively, get a few drops of water on your fingers and run it along the length of the thread.  If you use this second method, ensure your thread is dry prior to stitching.

Working on white?
I recommend products be rinsed prior to use to ensure they are colour fast ONLY IF you plan to stitch on a white or very light background otherwise this is not necessary.  ** I do not rinse any of my threads for my personal stitching.
